Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years in software development/engineering.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams and delivering software.
• Experience with agile or hybrid software delivery environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop software engineering teams across design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Set priorities and delivery expectations aligned with roadmaps and business needs.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, quality, security, and operations.
• Oversee SDLC execution, sprint planning, code reviews, testing and release readiness.
• Coach and mentor engineers and team leads for high performance.
• Promote best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability and operations.
