Job summary

STRATEGIC MINDZ LLC is seeking a Senior Developer to lead architectural decisions and deliver enterprise applications across the SDLC. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software while integrating complex systems and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a developer designing, building, and maintaining enterprise apps.
• Experience in an Integrated Eligibility System program in Health and Human Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.
• Conduct detailed analysis of legacy Unisys COBOL mainframe financial modules.
• Clarify legacy account structures.
• Analyze legacy COBOL batch jobs and workflows to design near real‑time equivalents.
• Integrate complex systems and databases ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain code that follows best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other teams to deliver an integrated system.
• Contribute to architectural decisions aligning with project goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
