Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and leading solutioning in a multi-team environment.
• 5+ years building scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient systems.
• 5+ years on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) with Terraform.
• 5+ years building multi-platform apps across ecosystems (web, mobile, APIs).
• Experience integrating with external APIs/services.
• Ability to design and lead practical technical designs.
• Expertise in real-time data integrations powering personalized experiences at scale.
• Data governance strategy expertise.
• Familiarity with medallion architecture.
• Fluent in Node/TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with GDPR/CPPA data privacy compliance.
• Experience with test and development automation.
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development.
• Experience with cost-optimization and high-availability planning.

Responsibilities

• Architect personalization and data systems for real-time, event-driven pipelines.
• Establish self-service infrastructure with governance and APIs for teams.
• Guide technology strategy and standards across product lines.
• Provide technical oversight and cross-divisional governance on major projects.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders on plans and reviews.
• Mentor peers through design reviews, coding standards, and security alignment.
• Drive production excellence with CI/CD and on-call participation.
