Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a technology or creative tools company.
• Ability to do lightweight video editing and format content for different platforms.
• Comfortable recording and editing your own content with Screen Studio.
• Proven ability to write sharp, platform-native copy across X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Fluency in social analytics and translating insights into content decisions.
• Experience coordinating content across cross-functional teams.
• Genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape.

Aufgaben

• Own the social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for both ElevenCreative and ElevenLabs, plus our community on Discord, from planning through publishing.
• Coordinate with AI creative producers and product teams to capture product moments and adapt them into social-ready assets.
• Record and edit content yourself using tools like Screen Studio, assembling clips and adding motion for each platform.
• Own and grow our Discord community, sparking conversation and surfacing feedback.
• Plan and execute social content around product launches and company moments.
• Work with partnerships and community teams to source creator work and amplify content.
• Monitor platform analytics and use data to refine strategy.
• Stay ahead of platform trends to find opportunities for the brand.
• Up-level the brand voice and maintain a consistent identity across channels.
• Manage community engagement and respond to comments.
• Develop and iterate on content formats that show product capabilities.
