DexCare is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own scalable, secure cloud infrastructure in AWS, focusing on EKS, IAM, and RBAC. You will drive CI/CD with GitHub Actions and shape observability with Datadog, while writing Terraform/Terragrunt and Python automation.

Qualifications

4+ years in a Senior SRE or DevOps role.
Strong AWS experience (IAM, EKS, VPC, EC2, Secrets Manager).
Proficient with Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm.
Experience with Datadog for dashboards and alerts.
Python scripting for automation.
Strong documentation and Jira/Agile practices.

Responsibilities

Design, scale, and operate resilient, cloud-native infrastructure in AWS with emphasis on EKS, IAM, RBAC and security-first practices.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and GitHub Advanced Security.
Own observability across the stack using Datadog (metrics, logging, alerting, tracing).
Write and maintain Terragrunt, Terraform modules, and IaC automation.
Develop internal tools and scripts in Python to automate workflows.
Document runbooks and standards to keep teams aligned and systems stable.
Participate in Agile workflows using Jira with clear tracking of priorities and progress.
Contribute to on-call rotations and postmortems with a blameless mindset.
