Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to lead budgeting, negotiation, and management of US site budgets and CTAs for sponsor-dedicated programs. You will collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and major academic institutions to craft robust contracts minimizing risk while supporting operational goals.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and project-management skills, with oncology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones.
• Bachelors degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & template development for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV, site justification) when offers decline.
• Escalate budget or language issues and secure approvals.
• Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Maintain trackers and communicate updates clearly.
