Job summary

Internal Revenue Service is seeking a Senior SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Administrator - Power Platform through Booker DiMaio to support the administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 in a remote setup.

The role covers sites, pages, web parts, workflows, libraries, forms, and Power Platform solutions, with emphasis on security, governance, and enterprise compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government programs or federal customers.
• Strong experience administering SharePoint Online.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Experience with SharePoint sites, pages, web parts, workflows, libraries, and permissions.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-support skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online environments.
• Support organizational pages, sites, web parts, workflows, libraries, forms, and content-management capabilities.
• Support Microsoft 365 products and collaboration technologies in an enterprise environment.
• Assist with evaluation, strategy, application development, implementation, and maintenance of Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate solutions.
• Support data connections, integrations, permissions, access, and related platform requirements.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide responsive technical support to users and stakeholders.
• Help maintain secure, reliable, well-governed SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Collaborate with developers, data specialists, project management, and business stakeholders on technical solutions.
