Job summary

BCMC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Test Engineer to support an Agile ServiceNow program for DoD customers. This remote role requires ServiceNow Automated Test Framework experience and U.S. Citizenship for DoD clearance eligibility.

Core hours: 7:00am–4:00pm EST, Monday–Friday, excluding Government Holidays. Responsibilities include developing test procedures, executing tests, maintaining regression suites, and collaborating with Solution Architects to ensure quality across releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• Experience with ServiceNow / Rest API integration including requirements gathering, test development, and management.
• Experience with ServiceNow test management, test execution, and test script development; ATF experience desired.
• Strong written and verbal skills; analytical/critical thinking.
• Experience with ServiceNow HAM and/or WSD modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to understand release scope.
• Develop test procedures, cases, and data to meet acceptance criteria and avoid regressions.
• Execute test cases from the test environment and resolve defects with Devs and Architects.
• Ensure bugs identified (including Government Acceptance Test) are addressed timely.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain testing documentation.
• Demonstrate configurations to the Product Owner and clarify requirements.
• Support production issues with O&M team and maintain regression suites.
