Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Representative in the Financial Services Solutions Center to assist investment professionals, sponsors and members, handling inquiries, rollovers and distributions with a high standard of care. You will learn the product suites and apply regulatory requirements to deliver accurate, compliant service.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent; one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred.
• One year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members on a variety of topics.
• Interprets and applies changes to new and old products, proactively offering consultative expertise.
• Maintains records of conversations to support relationship-building and service quality.
• Follows regulations to ensure compliance with FINRA and other rules.
• Educates customers on tax implications, penalties, and plan benefits.
• Analyzes problems to determine proper action and resolves escalated issues.
• Develops a career path with leadership to set goals and expectations.
