Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Self-Pay Operations Specialist to oversee the self-pay collections lifecycle, including bad debt inventory, placements, acute/PRC inventory, and statement holds. The ideal candidate will have healthcare billing experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service.

The role is remote nationwide with possible travel to client sites; CRCR certification is required within 9 months and company-paid.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of work experience in healthcare billing/collections.
• Must be inquisitive and open to AI-driven process improvements.
• Remote role with travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee self-pay accounts receivable through life cycle as designed.
• Manage bad debt inventory, placements, and returns; reconcile transactions.
• Oversee acute and PRC inventory management.
• Review deceased accounts to ensure proper handling.
• Review and resolve statement holds for timely billing and collections.
• Prepare aging analyses and ATB summaries for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide guidance to the self-pay operations team.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency in self-pay operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
