Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to help secure our hybrid infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to promote robust security controls and participate in architectural reviews. You will implement automation using Python, Bash, and Terraform, review designs for threat modeling, manage vulnerability scans, and support audits for HiTrust and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security engineering, with a strong focus on infrastructure, application and cloud security.
• Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes (K8s) and container platforms in production environments.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Terraform or similar).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel within the US.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to promote strong security controls and mitigations as well as architectural reviews.
• Review system design and implementations to assess security posture and make recommendations from threat modeling.
• Develop automation using Python and other programs to help integrate various systems.
• Oversee vulnerability scanning activities across environments (network, containers, cloud).
• Contribute to compliance initiatives (HiTrust, ISO 27001) from a security perspective.
