Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Security Architect to shape security architecture for enterprise systems. You will align security with business and technology priorities, partner with EIP and leaders to address threats, and design forward-looking security solutions that strengthen Humana's posture.

You will lead vulnerability testing, risk analysis, and product security reviews while guiding secure testing approaches and mitigations for evolving risks. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in security architecture.
• Experience threat modeling and application security assessments.
• Experience integrating security controls into SDLC and DevSecOps.
• Experience architecture/design reviews for enterprise apps.
• Experience remediating vulnerabilities and guiding engineering teams.
• Experience securing APIs, web apps, and cloud workloads.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP cloud environments.
• Strong communication of security risks to technical and business stakeholders.
• Enterprise security technologies with organization-wide impact.

Responsibilities

• Perform threat modeling and application security assessments.
• Enforce secure design patterns in modern SDLC.
• Evaluate security requirements from business strategies.
• Advise on security strategy to address risks or gaps.
• Develop relationships with business segments and stakeholders.
• Communicate secure development principles to stakeholders.
• Improve security designs to reduce post-development vulnerabilities.
• Influence stakeholders to fix security deficiencies in design and code.
• Provide solutions balancing security with business needs.
• Automate and standardize security processes.
