Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Security Architect to shape the security blueprint for the enterprise, aligning architecture with business priorities and leading security assessments, threat modeling, and secure development practices.

The role partners with EIP and business leaders to assess threats, identify gaps, and design forward-looking security solutions that protect critical systems and data. This remote position may require occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in security architecture.
• Experience performing threat modeling and application security assessments.
• Experience integrating security controls into modern SDLC and DevSecOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform application security assessments, threat models and enforce design patterns within a modern SDLC.
• Determine security architecture requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements.
• Propose solutions addressing security risks or gaps within the business segment.
