Job summary

Figure is seeking a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting to own financial reporting under US GAAP and SEC regulations, ensuring accuracy and timely filings as the company scales. You will lead SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K), collaborate with legal, auditors, and finance, and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.

A CPA with 7+ years in SEC reporting, public company or Big 4 experience, and familiarity with Workiva and NetSuite is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Active CPA certification required.
• 7+ years in progressive accounting with SEC reporting focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC and financial reporting as the company scales.
• Prepare SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and MD&A sections.
• Coordinate with legal, auditors, and internal stakeholders for accuracy.
