Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience writing for TV, radio, podcast, and paid social or UGC channels.
• Deep understanding of direct response creative for TV and radio, with strong hook and CTA in 15/30s formats.
• Experience writing UGC and paid social scripts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience writing for influencer partnerships, guiding creators to sound like their own voice.
• Experience on TV and UGC shoots, adaptable on set.
• Strong instinct for performance creative that converts; excellent taste.
• Fluent in AI tools for concepting and drafting, while exercising judgment.
• Ability to generate a high volume of concepts without losing sharpness.
• Collaborative and fast-moving; works well with producers, editors, directors, and performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Concept and write scripts for TV, radio, and podcast, including direct response formats built for 15 and 30 second spots, from brief through final delivery.
• Write UGC scripts captured during TV production shoots, and adapt for standalone paid social content across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Support influencer efforts with scripts, talking points, and creative direction that feel authentic to creators.
• Develop original creative territories and angles that push beyond existing work and feel urgent across broadcast and digital formats.
• Attend TV and UGC shoots; help bring concepts to life on the day, not just hand off a script.
• Collaborate with the CD of Offline, producers, editors, and performance marketing to refine what to write next.
• Use AI tools where they genuinely help you move faster, while keeping writing and judgment yours.
• Stay current on direct response best practices, broadcast and radio trends, and creator culture in paid social.
• Write with a performance lens: hooks, narrative arc, and a reason to act in every script.
