Qualificações

• Advanced degree in a life sciences field or equivalent
• Extensive experience in medical communications and medical affairs
• Ability to lead and develop scientific/editorial teams
• Proven leadership in complex multi-account projects
• Strong scientific writing and sign-off accountability
• Experience shaping strategic client communication and proposals
• Awareness of AI and omnichannel approaches in medical communications

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop scientific teams to deliver high-quality content
• Ensure SOPs, QC standards, and review practices are followed
• Advise clients and build long-term partnerships grounded in scientific credibility
• Oversee content development and data interpretation across outputs
• Drive team performance, planning, and efficiency
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and new business
• Manage resourcing, timelines, and quality across accounts
• Present new business proposals and pitches
• Oversee delivery with strong organizational skills
• Champion creativity and innovation in medical communications
