Precision Medicine Group seeks a Scientific Director to lead strategic direction and execution of scientific content for client engagements. You will ensure evidence-based, rigorous deliverables aligned with brand goals and drive integration of scientific insights across teams.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee multiple projects, and collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to elevate scientific storytelling and program impact in partnerships with pharma and biotech clients.

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level degree in life sciences.
• Extensive medical writing and scientific content development experience.
• Medical communications agency experience (5–7+ years).

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for scientific content across accounts.
• Provide senior‑level oversight for quality and alignment of deliverables.
• Maintain oversight of content development processes and training.
• Guide teams in translating complex clinical data into differentiated communications.
• Identify opportunities to elevate content through storytelling and insights.
• Maintain deep therapeutic area expertise.
