Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Scientific Director to lead the strategic direction and execution of scientific content across client engagements, ensuring deliverables are evidence-based and aligned with brand objectives.

As the scientific lead, you will shape content strategy, integrate clinical and market insights, mentor junior staff, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables. This is a remote-friendly opportunity.

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
• Extensive medical writing and scientific content development experience.
• Medical communications agency experience (5-7+ years).
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and EndNote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of scientific content across client engagements.
• Provide senior-level oversight for quality, accuracy, and consistency of deliverables.
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff and oversee multiple projects.
• Guide teams in interpreting complex clinical data and translating insights into differentiated communications.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to shape programs and elevate scientific leadership.
• Oversee account management, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
