Red Nucleus is hiring a 12 month contract Associate Scientific Director to join our global Medical Communications team. This remote role can be based anywhere within the US or Canada, offering leadership across scientific strategy and content excellence.

The AD Scientific Services oversees senior-level scientific strategy, mentors writers, and drives continuous improvement in workflows, with a focus on high-quality publications and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' medical communications/medical writing experience, multi‑asset or multi‑account leadership and scientific team oversight.
• 1+ years' people management and coaching experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead one or more accounts; define and drive integrated medical/scientific communication strategies.
• Serve as principal scientific contact for client stakeholders and clinical leads; align strategy to brand priorities.
• Establish quality standards and best practices across assigned teams.
