Working under scientific leadership oversight, this role supports Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Medical Affairs leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders by creating, maintaining, and disseminating high‑quality scientific materials that support training, scientific exchange, congress activities, publications, and evidence communication.
This position plays an important role in ensuring that scientific resources remain current, accurate, compliant, and aligned with Medical Affairs objectives. The Scientific Content & Publications Manager will also provide backup support for Medical Information activities using approved resources and established escalation procedures.
As the Medical Affairs organization continues to expand, the volume of scientific data, educational resources, publications, and congress‑related content continues to grow. Dedicated scientific content support is needed to maintain high‑quality materials while enabling Medical Affairs leadership to focus on strategic activities such as MSL development, onboarding, coaching, monthly assessments, and semi‑annual competency evaluations.

In addition, increasing congress, sponsorship, and scientific engagement activities require dedicated content development support to prepare educational and field‑facing materials. This role will work closely with Medical Affairs leadership and stakeholders to support content development and maintenance while coordinating Medical Review Committee (MRC) submissions through established processes.
