PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a Scientific Content & Publications Manager to develop scientific materials, educate internal teams, and coordinate publication planning across the organization. You will support Medical Affairs, MSLs, and cross-functional partners by producing current, accurate, and compliant resources for training, congress activities, and evidence communication.

Location: Remote with up to 30% travel. Base salary range is $117,000–$139,000 annually, plus incentives and benefits.

Competenze

• Translate complex scientific information into clear educational materials.
• Experience developing scientific presentations, training materials, congress resources, or publication-related deliverables.
• Understanding of publication processes and industry standards (GPP, ICMJE).
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and publication/project-management systems.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain scientific training materials covering internal research, external publications, competitor data, emerging evidence, and evolving treatment paradigms.
• Create educational resources and training presentations for Medical Affairs personnel and Medical Science Liaisons.
• Develop pre-conference training materials for major scientific congresses (ASH, SOHO, EHA, ASCO, etc.).
• Prepare scientific content related to company-sponsored research, publications, and educational initiatives.
• Create and maintain external MSL presentations and scientific slide decks for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Develop and update scientific communication materials, including presentations, training resources, meeting materials, congress resources, and educational content.
• Monitor emerging scientific literature and congress data to keep resources current and accurate.
• Support scientific review of presentations and educational materials for accuracy, balance, and compliance.
• Coordinate Medical Review Committee submissions and revisions with stakeholders.
