WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a Senior Statistical Programmer to develop, validate, and document SAS programs for clinical trial data analysis and regulatory submissions. This role leads programming activities, mentors junior programmers, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

You will ensure SAP and CDISC standards are properly implemented, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements across studies within a remote environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAS programming experience.
• 2 years of macro programming experience.
• 3+ years in the pharmaceutical, vaccines, biotech, or medical device industry.
• Phase 1–4 clinical trials experience.
• In-depth knowledge of CDISC requirements.
• Understanding of SAP programming specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and document SAS programs for SDTM/ADaM datasets and outputs for regulatory submission.
• Lead programming activities, manage resources, timelines and priorities.
• Perform quality control checks and peer code reviews on all deliverables.
• Collaborate with statisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to meet project requirements.
• Guide junior programmers and provide mentorship on industry standards.
