Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a skilled professional to lead ERP execution and data integrity across the Clutches & Brakes division. You will ensure accurate sales and purchase orders, master data consistency, and drive system readiness between Milwaukee HQ and plant operations.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP operations, strong data governance, and cross-functional coordination with planning, IT, and commercial teams. Remote work is available, with a focus on SAP deployments and pricing alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP operations, order management, and commercial operations.
• Experience with master data governance and EDI troubleshooting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with supply planning, IT, and commercial teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct sales orders and purchase orders to ensure alignment with customer requirements and internal controls.
• Address discrepancies in billing, buyer codes, and PO email routing as needed between ERP systems
• Help operations transfer inventory electronically
• Maintain Pricing in all 3 sales organizations
• Create and maintain PIRs and Source Lists in SAP; ensure master data accuracy across SAP environments
• Identify and correct EDI pricing errors to ensure accurate pricing transmission and order processing
• Collaborate with Plant Operation teams to align priorities and support SAP deployments
• Support SAP role provisioning and access setup for business users across CUU2 and El Paso plants
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order accuracy and reduce pricing errors
• Contribute to commercial operations strategy by providing insights from order trends and system performance
