Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an ERP Operations Specialist in the Clutches & Brakes division to lead sales and purchase order processing, master data integrity, and pricing alignment across SAP environments. The role acts as the liaison between Milwaukee HQ and plant operations to ensure system readiness and accurate data.

This position can be performed remotely from an approved location with flexibility based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP operations, order management, and commercial operations.
• Experience with master data governance and EDI troubleshooting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with supply planning, IT, and commercial teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Review and correct sales orders and purchase orders to align with customer requirements and internal controls.
• Address discrepancies in billing, buyer codes, and PO routing as needed between ERP systems.
• Help operations transfer inventory electronically and maintain pricing in all three sales organizations.
• Create and maintain PIRs and Source Lists using SAP ERP systems; synchronize material master data across SAP environments.
• Identify and correct EDI pricing errors to ensure accurate pricing transmission and order processing.
• Collaborate with Plant Operation teams to align priorities and support SAP deployments and cutovers.
• Support SAP role provisioning and access setup for business users at CUU2 and El Paso plants.
• Identify process improvements to enhance order accuracy and reduce pricing errors; ensure ITAR compliance.
