The ideal candidate has extensive experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), data modeling, and marketing automation, with a strong track record in improving pipeline visibility and performance. This role offers remote work with potential travel and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 3–5 years with a master’s degree
• Advanced Salesforce CRM skills
• Experience with CMS and marketing automation platforms
• Ability to provide technical solutions to complex problems with innovative, practical approaches
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership capabilities
• Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or PBM sectors
• Ability to lead discussions across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards for decision making
• Manage the full sales analytics process from data sourcing to validation
• Shape recommendations for new technology platforms and data sources
• Develop predictive models to forecast trends and drive sales optimization
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership
