Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing operations experience or education in a related field.
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience required.
• Experience with MarTech tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot is a plus.
• Certifications in Salesforce, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational strategizing and execution across marketing tools, systems, and processes.
• Manage lead routing, automation, integration between MarTech tools, and data migrations.
• Establish scalable processes for campaign and lead management.
• Troubleshoot issues related to processes and workflows.
• Contribute to process changes and documentation of workflows.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for Marketing Operations Specialists and Associates.
• Pioneer use of new technology tools and lead exploratory projects.
• Differentiate roles and responsibilities across functions.
