Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Salesforce Developer to build and maintain apps using Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow for public health clients. You will lead architecture discussions and mentor juniors while delivering scalable, secure solutions.

This role requires government health experience, Salesforce Developer I certification, and knowledge of SAFe/Agile practices. You will collaborate with analysts, QA, and architects to ensure high-quality software supporting public health objectives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, and declarative automation.
• Gov public health experience at local/state/tribal/federal level. Demonstrated on resumes.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow, and declarative tools.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution architecture with architects and stakeholders.
• Translate public health workflows into scalable, secure Salesforce implementations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Establish and promote development best practices with clean, reusable, testable code.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges aligning with business objectives and public health realities.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and architects to ensure requirements are met and end-user expectations are satisfied.
• Participate in Agile Release Train (ART) activities and SAFe practices including PI planning, sprints, standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to roadmaps, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization to support project goals and platform sustainability.
• Work with QA teams to validate functionality and deliver high-quality applications.
• Apply knowledge of governmental public health operations to challenge impractical design assumptions.
• Contribute to evolution of public health technology platforms and client implementations.
