Flourish and Thrive Labs, a woman-owned public health‑focused consulting firm, seeks a Junior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Salesforce experience and government/public health exposure. You will join a team building the PH360 platform and client implementations, pairing with senior developers and contributing public health expertise.

The role emphasizes collaboration, Agile practices, and translating public health workflows into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on Salesforce development or administration experience (required).
• 1+ years working for a governmental public health agency (local, state, federal, or tribal).
• Salesforce Administrator certification required (Platform Developer I preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects on solution design.
• Bring your public health perspective to technical discussions and design decisions.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, well‑documented, testable code that follows team standards.
• Learn and apply Salesforce best practices through code reviews and mentorship.
• Help translate public health requirements into technical implementations.
• Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve your craft.
