Job summary

Flourish and Thrive Labs, a United States–based consulting firm focused on public health solutions, seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our mission-driven team. You will lead Salesforce implementations for public health clients, mentored by senior staff, and contribute to scalable, user-centered designs nationwide.

We value experience in government health environments and Salesforce excellence. A Platform Developer I cert is required, with II preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 1-3 years working for a governmental public health agency (local/state/federal/tribal).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Platform Developer II preferred).
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution design alongside architects.
• Mentor junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, and guidance.
• Bring your public health perspective to technical decisions and design conversations.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code that sets the standard for the team.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Help translate public health requirements into scalable technical implementations.
