Job summary

Flourish and Thrive Labs is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our PH360 platform and client implementations, focusing on public health outcomes. You’ll lead development, mentor peers, and shape technical direction for health department projects nationwide.

You bring 3+ years in Salesforce development, plus government public health exposure, and a Platform Developer I certification. Expect collaborative SAFe/agile work, with emphasis on scalable, user-centered public health solutions.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
1-3 years working for a governmental public health agency (local, state, federal, or tribal).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (II preferred).
Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Track record mentoring or guiding less experienced developers.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution design alongside architects.
Mentor junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, and guidance.
Bring your public health perspective to technical decisions and design conversations.
Write clean, well-documented, testable code that sets the standard for the team.
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Help translate public health requirements into scalable technical implementations.
Contribute to code reviews with constructive, supportive feedback.
