You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to implement customized, scalable, and compliant Salesforce solutions that directly support Federal agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Constituent Portals: Build, customize, and maintain Experience Cloud sites to deliver secure, accessible self-service portals, constituent-facing engagement platforms, and digital experiences.
  • Portal Automation & Workflows: Implement business logic, custom components, and automated workflows within Experience Cloud in compliance with Federal standards.
  • System Integration: Build secure API integrations between legacy Federal systems and Experience Cloud portals to ensure accurate, real-time data access for external users.
  • Solution Design & Collaboration: Work alongside BAs and Architects to translate complex mission requirements into secure, high-impact technical architectures on Experience Cloud.
  • Quality & Compliance: Participate in code reviews, debug complex issues, and support UAT testing while strictly adhering to Federal security protocols.
  • DevSecOps & CI/CD: Support secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices to enable rapid, reliable deployments in cleared Federal environments.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience specializing in Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud, and secure REST/SOAP API integrations.

  • Development Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency with Git, secure coding standards, and DevSecOps/CI/CD pipelines. Active participant in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Clearance & Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
