Job summary

Thunder seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer for Federal delivery. You will design, develop, and deploy secure Salesforce solutions for Federal agencies, focusing on AI-enabled automation and compliant processes.

Remote role based in the US with potential on-site visits to customer sites or Thunder offices. Requires 7+ years of Salesforce experience, Gov-ready certifications, and US citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in Apex/LWC and secure API integrations.
Experience integrating Salesforce into Federal legacy systems.
Strong troubleshooting in cleared environments.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, Data Cloud.
Secure development practices, Git and CI/CD in Federal delivery.
Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
US Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
Bachelor's degree required.
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required.
Preferred: Agentforce Specialist, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, AI Specialist.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
Implement business logic, automation, and integration for Case/Knowledge objects.
Ensure all developments meet Federal security standards (FedRAMP, NIST).
Collaborate with BAs and Solution Architects on technical designs.
Participate in code reviews and assist testing/UAT to ensure compliance.
