Job summary
Niuro seeks a senior Salesforce Consultant to lead delivery of small to mid-sized Salesforce projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, while supporting larger engagements as a workstream lead. You will be a trusted client advisor, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and guide teams to meet scope, timelines and quality.
You will work in a fully remote, fast-paced environment, coordinating with stakeholders and leveraging Jira, Data Loader, and Salesforce tools to deliver
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
- Must reside in the United States.
- Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce projects and managing client expectations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day delivery of small to mid-sized Salesforce projects from kickoff through go-live.
- Serve as primary client contact, facilitate meetings, and communicate updates.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and client-facing documentation.
- Manage scope, budget, risks, and change requests with a focus on SOW alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with developers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into user stories and technical specs for Salesforce solutions.
- Plan and execute testing including UAT and data validation.
- Plan and manage data migration and loading with Data Loader.
