Job summary

Hexagon, a global leader in digital reality solutions, seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Operations for the Portable Metrology division. This remote role partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to optimize forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
• Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience with Salesforce and Pardot; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience leading initiatives and mentoring team members in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations strategy and execution to improve productivity, scalability, and performance across the sales organization.
• Own and enhance core sales processes, including territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting, quota support, and performance reporting.
• Develop dashboards and analyses that provide actionable insights into bookings, pipeline health, and productivity.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive forecast rigor, risks/opportunities, and data-driven recommendations.
• Support sales compensation planning, incentive design, quota deployment, and alignment to goals.
• Manage CRM and related sales tech for data quality and process compliance.
• Champion enhancements to the Sales & Marketing tech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, marketing automation).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, customer success, and operations on reporting and go-to-market plans.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement to simplify workflows and improve seller experience.
• Support annual planning activities: headcount, capacity modeling, target-setting, and operating cadence.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales operations team with a culture of accountability.
