Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior S/4 Transition Data Architect to lead enterprise data architecture for an ECC to S/4HANA transformation in the Aerospace & Defense sector. You will align reporting, integration, and analytics across systems and shape canonical data models while establishing trusted sources of truth for KPI reporting during the transition.

You will partner with technology and analytics stakeholders to enable reliable decision-making and observability in a complex transformation

Qualifications

10 years in relevant data/architecture roles, or 7+ with advanced degree.
Deep SAP ECC and S/4HANA data modeling expertise.
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, and BusinessObjects Data Services.
Proven bridge-architecture design for multi-system reporting during transformations.
Strong grounding in data warehousing and integration techniques.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise data architecture for the ECC to S/4HANA transition.
Design the bridge reporting strategy for consistent KPI definitions across systems.
Model canonical and system-specific data and establish golden sources.
Define integration patterns between SAP and analytical stacks.
Enable analytics in SAP Analytics Cloud, guiding model and dashboard design.
Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines and define error handling and observability.
Create and maintain architecture artifacts aligned to TOGAF ADM phases.
