Job summary

Kiewit Engineering Group, Inc is seeking an experienced REVIT Electrical Designer to develop complex electrical systems for large industrial facilities. You will model in REVIT and Smartplant 3D, coordinating power, lighting, grounding, and equipment integration for process-driven environments.

Role covers concept through commissioning on EPC projects, with mentorship and career development in a collaborative, employee-owned culture that rewards practical execution and safety excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical design experience, including REVIT on industrial facilities.
• Senior level: 10 years REVIT experience for industrial facilities.
• Familiarity with NEC and ANSI/IEEE standards.
• Collaborates across departments; coordinates with internal customers.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Desireable: Design/Build, EPC project experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft electrical systems using Revit for buildings and industrial facilities.
• For more experienced designers, may lead projects or portions of projects and other designers.
• Produce power distribution diagrams, schematics, 3D models, and related deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines; ensure constructible designs.
• Identify scope changes and manage within budget and schedule.
