Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a REVIT Electrical Designer in Bloomington, MN to develop complex industrial electrical designs using REVIT and Smartplant 3D. You’ll work across medium- and low-voltage systems, grounding networks, lighting layouts, and equipment integration for process-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of electrical design experience with REVIT in industrial facilities
• Experience collaborating across departments and with subcontractors
• Understanding of NEC/ANSI/IEEE standards and design for construction is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and draft electrical system drawings using REVIT for buildings and industrial facilities
• Lead projects or project portions and coordinate with other designers
• Produce deliverables: power distribution diagrams, schematics, one-line diagrams, 3D models, load lists, panel schedules, and cable routing coordination
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards with minimal supervision
• Identify scope changes and lead design modifications to meet budget and schedule targets
