Job summary

Kiewit is seeking REVIT Electrical Designers to develop complex electrical systems for large industrial facilities. You will create coordinated, constructible designs in REVIT and Smartplant 3D, covering power distribution, lighting, grounding and equipment integration for process-driven environments.

Based in or near Lone Tree, CO, this role supports EPC projects from concept through commissioning. Senior designers may lead projects and teams; relocation assistance is available to Lenexa office

Qualifications

5+ years electrical design experience with REVIT on industrial facilities.
Senior level: 10 years' REVIT experience for industrial facilities.
Knowledge of NEC and ANSI/IEEE standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Design and draft electrical systems using REVIT for buildings and industrial facilities.
Lead projects or portions of projects for experienced designers.
Produce power distribution diagrams, schematics, 3D models, and equipment layouts.
Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines; perform clash detection.
Model-based quantity takeoffs and ensure codes compliance.
Adapt designs to meet budget and schedule requirements.
