Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Strategic Pricing, Trade Finance, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep expertise in pricing strategy, Price-Pack Architecture, and revenue growth management.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise Revenue Management strategy, including pricing, assortment, and governance frameworks.
• Lead development of pricing strategies and Price-Pack Architecture that drive growth and value for customers and retailers.
• Establish performance KPIs and analytics to monitor pricing, assortment, and portfolio actions.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and influence with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, and Operations.
