Job summary

TriHealth in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sr. Clinical Revenue Specialist to lead revenue integrity initiatives, ensuring accurate CPT/HCPCS coding, charge description master maintenance, and compliant billing practices.

You will collaborate across clinical, operational, and IT teams to drive improvements and support hospital revenue integrity strategies. The role partners with clinical and revenue cycle teams to optimize pricing, coding, and documentation, contributing to over $1 billion in

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
2–3 years experience as a licensed clinical professional required.
Working knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, revenue codes; budget development and RVUs.
Experience with EPIC EMR navigation and clinical documentation.
Other licensed clinical professional credentials preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to identify and implement hospital revenue enhancement opportunities.
Serve as liaison and educator for hospital charge capture to leadership, clinical teams, IT, billing and purchasing.
Maintain accurate and compliant CDM with current revenue codes and CPT/HCPCS descriptions.
Review vendor CDM data scrubber reports and maximize compliant billing and reimbursement.
Collaborate with leadership on annual strategic pricing to meet revenue targets.
Develop and monitor revenue integrity tools with IS liaison and implement claim edits and rules.
Ensure tools support timely billing and accurate reimbursement.
