Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health services research, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field.
• 4–6 years’ professional experience in evidence synthesis or health technology assessment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote.
• R/R Shiny experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise in pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and HTA requirements.
• Oversee systematic literature reviews (clinical, economic, and QoL) and quantitative evidence synthesis.
• Develop client-ready deliverables: protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, slides.
• Lead and mentor junior researchers; contribute to resource planning and timelines.
• Manage client communications and participate in business development activities.
