Responsibilities

• Oversees the department’s research administration and implements improvements for senior leadership approval.
• Prepares, analyzes, manages and reports research division budgets.
• Supervises and trains staff in grant and contract proposal submissions and post‑award activities.
• Oversees payroll, purchasing, and salary planning processes.
• Ensures compliance with internal and external policies and maintains personnel records.
