Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Contract Senior Reporting Analyst to support multiple RPO clients. The role emphasizes reporting from ATS tools like Workday and SuccessFactors, plus an internal data warehouse.

You will deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly dashboards in Excel and Power BI and coach junior analysts. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in data reporting, 3+ years in Excel, 2+ years in Power BI, and strong stakeholder consulting skills.

Qualifications

• :
• 5+ years of data reporting experience.
• Very strong desire for Recruiter, Talent Acquisition or HR metrics reporting experience.
• Ability to commit to ongoing contract work.
• 3+ years of Excel knowledge (e.g. Pivot Tables, Graphs, VLOOKUP).
• 2+ years of Power BI knowledge (e.g. Power Query, DAX, visualization) highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage and consult with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
• Capability to manipulate, visualize and present data in an understandable way.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• High School diploma; 4-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ongoing reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process using data from applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, etc) and Korn Ferry’s internal data warehouse.
• Deliver regular reports such as weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
• Interpret and analyze data to identify trends, measure performance against goals, alert stakeholders to issues and suggest improvements to meet goals.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively audit data, highlight variances to the business and help improve data quality.
• Help continually improve data management and anticipate future data needs.
• Coach and mentor junior reporting analysts; oversee account reporting and delegate tasks as needed.
