Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Reliability to lead site-level reliability programs across a global manufacturing and distribution network.

You will translate policy into actionable maintenance and condition-monitoring plans, mentor site engineers, and manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on RCFA, PM optimization, and data analytics. Travel to domestic and international sites is required to drive improvements and ensure alignment with the ERA program and global reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments using ERA framework across manufacturing sites and DCs.
• Develop and implement PM optimization plans based on RCM principles and OEM data.
• Lead condition monitoring program deployment (vibration, oil, thermography, ultrasound).
• Execute Tribo Program: Tribo Scorecard, lubrication improvement plans, Tribology SMEs.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Build/update failure mode libraries and CMMS task lists in MicroMain.
• Perform fleet management assessments and identify standardization gaps.
• Contribute data to network benchmarking and lifecycle interventions.
• Support development of capital replacement schedules and spare parts strategies.
• Drive asset data quality and reliability KPI reporting in CMMS.
• Coach site Reliability Engineers and conduct reliability kaizen events.
• Travel to domestic and international sites to drive program execution.
