Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and non-routine tasks with in-depth analysis and recommends solutions.
• Manages reimbursement processes and coordinates with HIM, PAS, and hospital finance staff.
• Prepares Medicare and Medicaid settlement and policy reserve calculations.
• Reviews cost reports, audits, settlements, and files appeals to maximize reimbursement.
• Mentors staff and stays current on reimbursement laws and regulations.
• Manages scope, deadlines, and deliverables for complex projects.
