Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a senior Process Safety leader to develop and execute a corporate strategy and ensure compliance with federal rules across multiple facilities. This remote role involves about 40% travel and residency in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to support operations.

You will guide hazard analyses, audits, investigations, and change management, while mentoring site teams and coordinating safety improvements with capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EH&S, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years PSM experience in multi-site environments.
• Minimum 12 years of process operations or safety experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years refrigeration systems technical expertise.
• Experience with OSHA 29 CFR 1912.129 and EPA 40 CFR Part 68 programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a corporate Process Safety strategy and ensure regulatory compliance across all facilities.
• Lead Process Hazard Analyses and Compliance Audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide support and training to site personnel on Process Safety programs and emergency response plans.
• Serve as the primary resource for process safety regulations and standards during audits and inspections.
• Oversee the Management of Change process and coordinate capital expenditures related to audit findings.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and communication of best practices between facilities.
