Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial refrigeration or cold chain engineering experience.
- Experience with ammonia and refrigerant systems (PSM/OSHA knowledge a plus).
- Strong ability to manage multi-site operations and capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, and lifecycle management of refrigeration and facility systems.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, EHS and vendors on improvements.
- Monitor performance, analyze trends, and drive uptime and energy efficiency enhancements.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions across sites.
- Develop standards, documentation, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support capital projects from concept through startup and handoff.
