Cielo, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to deliver service excellence across the recruitment lifecycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for clients, focusing on sourcing top talent and proactive communication on search status.

As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction to hiring leaders, mentor recruiters, and drive compelling talent strategies. This role offers a remote-work option and opportunities for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiar with ATS and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, metrics, and talent acquisition practices.
• Life sciences background; Workday experience; pharma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specs and provide market data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong candidate slates and talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates throughout the process.
• Partner with leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.
