Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Research Scientist – Real World Evidence to lead RWE studies in the pharma and biotech arena. This fully remote role requires designing study protocols, performing SAS or R analyses, and communicating results to stakeholders.

The candidate should have 4–6+ years in RWE, a Master’s degree in health services research or related field, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in RWE.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (nice-to-have).
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design RWE studies, develop protocols and analysis plans.
• Perform analyses of primary and secondary data and prepare study reports.
• Communicate study results to internal teams and clients.
