Job summary

NuScale Power, LLC is seeking a senior nuclear maintenance professional to support the Plant Maintenance Program Manager in developing and implementing maintenance programs, standardized work orders, and lockout/tagout processes. The role requires an NRC‑issued SRO license and 8+ years of maintenance or asset management experience, with strong ability to deliver staffing estimates and engineering reviews across a nuclear plant lifecycle.

Travel nationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in a technical field or 5 years nuclear plant experience; NRC issued SRO license desirable.
• 8+ years of full-time experience in the commercial nuclear power industry; maintenance, asset management and work planning experience preferred.
• Eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized maintenance work orders and lockout/Tagouts.
• Review engineering solutions from a maintainability perspective; develop resource-loaded schedules and staffing estimates.
• Provide regulatory and technical information to NRC, customers and stakeholders on NuScale projects.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop inspection, serviceability, and outage solutions.
• Assist with plant staffing and task resource loading; support plant lifecycle planning.
